Life can be unpredictable. No one plans for an accident or illness. It generally comes out of the blue. Unexpected events cause turmoil and fear. My career has been to help people deal with these unfortunate events and bring positive outcomes from these difficult experiences. I have represented disabled claimants in tens of thousands of hearings since 1976.  I have obtained millions of dollars in benefits for my clients and their families. What follows is a quick summary of my background.
